Began trading as R&B Associates, a dedicated independent & impartial IT adviser to solicitors in 1994. Prior to this he had already spent 25 years in IT (including 10 years as MD of a PC dealership, 10 years in sales/marketing with IBM and 5 years as a programmer/analyst).

Since 1994, R&B Associates has advised organisations of every type, size and market situation. Although Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is central to all R&B's work, the focus is always on the commercial benefit and advantage of systems to lawyers. Effort is always made to ensure the “best and right” ICT related decisions are made at all times.

Typical assignments vary in scope and effort from a few hours to a number of days or several weeks.
